INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS are designed to focus on your specific health issues, at your own pace. Active movement and hands-on therapy can be combined to suit your particular needs.
GROUP CLASSES focus first of all on BODY AWARENESS, STANDING POSTURE and WALKING technique. Great for everyone, especially people with stiffness, low energy, back or pelvic floor issues, arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, poor balance, hip/knee/ankle/feet issues.
POSTURE is much more than simply an exercise or behaviour, it is the essence of how we feel about ourselves. Posture has a powerful impact on self-confidence and calmness and has the potential to reduce or eliminate many of the issues we struggle with. Learn to RELAX into a posture without TENSION.
WALKING MORE is advisable. WALKING BETTER, recruiting more muscles, rather than always the same few, is absolutely essential.

SUNDAY WALKS, 12 noon, focus on putting some of the exercises in practice in real life to help you walk in alignment, for an even loading of your joints and soft tissues. Video analysis and feedback included.
VISITS TO LOCAL BUSINESSES, giving massage to staff and offering advice on positions and movements.
